Voorbereiding reis naar China
Na een 'paar' avonden zoek- en denkwerk waren we er uit. Het werd dit jaar of de west-kust van de USA, of de grote buurman aan de overkant, de oostkust van China. D
e doorslag gaf het Chinese eten, daar kan geen (ham) burger tegenop! In China zijn 8 verschillende keukens, de USA kent misschien wel meer verschillende hamburgers maar dat kunnen nauwelijks verrassingen zijn, toch? In China zijn WEL heel aparte verrassingen mogelijk bij het eten zeggen ze. Nou ja, in beide landen vindt je geen hond in de pot, alhoewel...in China eten ze toch ook hond?! Anyway, we gaan dit jaar naar China!
Omdat we er al enkele malen geweest zijn en we niet graag dingen dubbel doen, gaan we op zoek naar een leuke route. De reisgidsen loodsen ons langs de grote toppers als de Verboden stad, de Muur,
het Terracotta leger, Tiger Leaping gorge, de kalksteenformaties en rijstvelden van Guilin, de traditionele dorpen als Lijiang, Pingyao, en Dunhuang (zijderoute), maar ja, die hebben we al gezien/gedaan.
Dan valt Marianne's oog op een reis-aanbod langs de Witte dorpen aan de oostkust en op nog meer dorpjes met karakteristieke bouwstijlen, nog uit de ouwe goeie Mao-tijd en ouder. Dat lijkt ons wel wat, wat meer platteland en zo.
We zoeken er toch maar een paar afwisselende reiselementen bij zoals een grote stad. En zowaar, Shanghai ligt in de buurt en is nog wel de derde grootste metropool ter wereld met ca 31 miljoen inwoners (wiki info)! Tis maar waar je de grens van de gemeente legt ! Nummer twee hebben we trouwens ook al gedaan, Tokyo met afgerond 40 miljoen!! Enig idee wie nummer een is? Jakarta, Delhi, Seoul? Nee, ook een metropool in China, namelijk Guangzhou oftewel het vroegere Kanton en omstreken, een slordige 47.7 miljoen inwoners!! Ik kan me er echt he-le-maal niets bij voorstellen ;-)), zoveeeeel mensen! Wat gaan we nog meer doen, gaan we terug naar de kust?
Jaaa, want we hebben nog nooit echt een chinese kustplaats gedaan. Ons oog valt op Xiamen. een dorpke van 2 miljoen inwoners, tegenover Taiwan gelegen. Een havenstad waar de Portugezen, Britten, Fransen en Nederlanders in de 16-17-18e eeuw een voet aan de grond probeerden te zetten. De Britten forceerden daar uiteindelijk de toegang en de Opiumoorlog was een feit. Wat, zijn hier ook leuke dorpjes in de buurt? Gaan we ook doen, vooral als ze een leuke naam hebben ;-)), zoals Yongding! Nog een snufje natuur zouden we wel willen. Het top-natuurpark (Jiuzhaigou) ligt echter wel een eindje verder, in Tibetaanse invloedssferen, een uurtje of 3-4 vliegen verder naar het westen. En he, daar heb je ook het reuzenpanda fokcentrum liggen. Misschien kunnen we bij terugkomst de Drenthenaren al wat tips geven, er komen namelijk twee van die beren (geeeen panda's!) naar Nederland. Er schijnt trouwens iets te bestaan als panda-porno, uhhh, dat wil ik zien ;-)). Nou, dat moeten genoeg ingredienten zijn voor een drieweekse trip toch?! Goed, nou nog aan een visum zien te komen. We hebben wel eens makkelijker visum bekomen, daarover later meer. Nu een paar dagen vrij om te pakken en zo, het huis en tuin goed achter te laten en de oppas voor de poezen te regelen.
Ohja, in China zijn niet alle websites zomaar te gebruiken, Facebook en Gmail kunnen geblokkeerd zijn/geraken. Mocht je willen mailen, doe dat dan naar (ook) frans.v.eijkATkpnplanet.nl. Er schijnt trouwens iets te bestaan als panda-porno, uhhh, dat wil ik zien ;-)). Nou, dat moeten genoeg ingredienten zijn voor een drieweekse trip toch?! Goed, nou nog aan een visum zien te komen. We hebben wel eens makkelijker visum bekomen, daarover later meer. Nu een paar dagen vrij om te pakken en zo, het huis en tuin goed achter te laten en de oppas voor de poezen te regelen.
Ohja, in China zijn niet alle websites zomaar te gebruiken, Facebook en Gmail kunnen geblokkeerd zijn/geraken. Mocht je willen mailen, doe dat dan naar (ook) frans.v.eijkATkpnplanet.nl. Voorbereiding reis naar China
Na een 'paar' avonden zoek- en denkwerk waren we er uit. Het werd dit jaar of de west-kust van de USA, of de grote buurman aan de overkant, de oostkust van China. D
e doorslag gaf het Chinese eten, daar kan geen (ham) burger tegenop! In China zijn 8 verschillende keukens, de USA kent misschien wel meer verschillende hamburgers maar dat kunnen nauwelijks verrassingen zijn, toch? In China zijn WEL heel aparte verrassingen mogelijk bij het eten zeggen ze. Nou ja, in beide landen vindt je geen hond in de pot, alhoewel...in China eten ze toch ook hond?! Anyway, we gaan dit jaar naar China!
Omdat we er al enkele malen geweest zijn en we niet graag dingen dubbel doen, gaan we op zoek naar een leuke route. De reisgidsen loodsen ons langs de grote toppers als de Verboden stad, de Muur,
het Terracotta leger, Tiger Leaping gorge, de kalksteenformaties en rijstvelden van Guilin, de traditionele dorpen als Lijiang, Pingyao, en Dunhuang (zijderoute), maar ja, die hebben we al gezien/gedaan.
Dan valt Marianne's oog op een reis-aanbod langs de Witte dorpen aan de oostkust en op nog meer dorpjes met karakteristieke bouwstijlen, nog uit de ouwe goeie Mao-tijd en ouder. Dat lijkt ons wel wat, wat meer platteland en zo.
We zoeken er toch maar een paar afwisselende reiselementen bij zoals een grote stad. En zowaar, Shanghai ligt in de buurt en is nog wel de derde grootste metropool ter wereld met ca 31 miljoen inwoners (wiki info)! Tis maar waar je de grens van de gemeente legt ! Nummer twee hebben we trouwens ook al gedaan, Tokyo met afgerond 40 miljoen!! Enig idee wie nummer een is? Jakarta, Delhi, Seoul? Nee, ook een metropool in China, namelijk Guangzhou oftewel het vroegere Kanton en omstreken, een slordige 47.7 miljoen inwoners!! Ik kan me er echt he-le-maal niets bij voorstellen ;-)), zoveeeeel mensen! Wat gaan we nog meer doen, gaan we terug naar de kust?
Jaaa, want we hebben nog nooit echt een chinese kustplaats gedaan. Ons oog valt op Xiamen. een dorpke van 2 miljoen inwoners, tegenover Taiwan gelegen. Een havenstad waar de Portugezen, Britten, Fransen en Nederlanders in de 16-17-18e eeuw een voet aan de grond probeerden te zetten. De Britten forceerden daar uiteindelijk de toegang en de Opiumoorlog was een feit. Wat, zijn hier ook leuke dorpjes in de buurt? Gaan we ook doen, vooral als ze een leuke naam hebben ;-)), zoals Yongding! Nog een snufje natuur zouden we wel willen. Het top-natuurpark (Jiuzhaigou) ligt echter wel een eindje verder, in Tibetaanse invloedssferen, een uurtje of 3-4 vliegen verder naar het westen. En he, daar heb je ook het reuzenpanda fokcentrum liggen. Misschien kunnen we bij terugkomst de Drenthenaren al wat tips geven, er komen namelijk twee van die beren (geeeen panda's!) naar Nederland. Er schijnt trouwens iets te bestaan als panda-porno, uhhh, dat wil ik zien ;-)). Nou, dat moeten genoeg ingredienten zijn voor een drieweekse trip toch?! Goed, nou nog aan een visum zien te komen. We hebben wel eens makkelijker visum bekomen, daarover later meer. Nu een paar dagen vrij om te pakken en zo, het huis en tuin goed achter te laten en de oppas voor de poezen te regelen.
Ohja, in China zijn niet alle websites zomaar te gebruiken, Facebook en Gmail kunnen geblokkeerd zijn/geraken. Mocht je willen mailen, doe dat dan naar (ook) frans.v.eijkATkpnplanet.nl. Voorbereiding reis naar China
Na een 'paar' avonden zoek- en denkwerk waren we er uit. Het werd dit jaar of de west-kust van de USA, of de grote buurman aan de overkant, de oostkust van China. D
e doorslag gaf het Chinese eten, daar kan geen (ham) burger tegenop! In China zijn 8 verschillende keukens, de USA kent misschien wel meer verschillende hamburgers maar dat kunnen nauwelijks verrassingen zijn, toch? In China zijn WEL heel aparte verrassingen mogelijk bij het eten zeggen ze. Nou ja, in beide landen vindt je geen hond in de pot, alhoewel...in China eten ze toch ook hond?! Anyway, we gaan dit jaar naar China!
Omdat we er al enkele malen geweest zijn en we niet graag dingen dubbel doen, gaan we op zoek naar een leuke route. De reisgidsen loodsen ons langs de grote toppers als de Verboden stad, de Muur,
het Terracotta leger, Tiger Leaping gorge, de kalksteenformaties en rijstvelden van Guilin, de traditionele dorpen als Lijiang, Pingyao, en Dunhuang (zijderoute), maar ja, die hebben we al gezien/gedaan.
Dan valt Marianne's oog op een reis-aanbod langs de Witte dorpen aan de oostkust en op nog meer dorpjes met karakteristieke bouwstijlen, nog uit de ouwe goeie Mao-tijd en ouder. Dat lijkt ons wel wat, wat meer platteland en zo.
We zoeken er toch maar een paar afwisselende reiselementen bij zoals een grote stad. En zowaar, Shanghai ligt in de buurt en is nog wel de derde grootste metropool ter wereld met ca 31 miljoen inwoners (wiki info)! Tis maar waar je de grens van de gemeente legt ! Nummer twee hebben we trouwens ook al gedaan, Tokyo met afgerond 40 miljoen!! Enig idee wie nummer een is? Jakarta, Delhi, Seoul? Nee, ook een metropool in China, namelijk Guangzhou oftewel het vroegere Kanton en omstreken, een slordige 47.7 miljoen inwoners!! Ik kan me er echt he-le-maal niets bij voorstellen ;-)), zoveeeeel mensen! Wat gaan we nog meer doen, gaan we terug naar de kust?
Jaaa, want we hebben nog nooit echt een chinese kustplaats gedaan. Ons oog valt op Xiamen. een dorpke van 2 miljoen inwoners, tegenover Taiwan gelegen. Een havenstad waar de Portugezen, Britten, Fransen en Nederlanders in de 16-17-18e eeuw een voet aan de grond probeerden te zetten. De Britten forceerden daar uiteindelijk de toegang en de Opiumoorlog was een feit. Wat, zijn hier ook leuke dorpjes in de buurt? China rondreis 2016
Omschrijving:
Voorbereiding reis naar China
Na een 'paar' avonden zoek- en denkwerk waren we er uit. Het werd dit jaar of de west-kust van de USA, of de grote buurman aan de overkant, de oostkust van China. D
e doorslag gaf het Chinese eten, daar kan geen (ham) burger tegenop! In China zijn 8 verschillende keukens, de USA kent misschien wel meer verschillende hamburgers maar dat kunnen nauwelijks verrassingen zijn, toch? In China zijn WEL heel aparte verrassingen mogelijk bij het eten zeggen ze. Nou ja, in beide landen vindt je geen hond in de pot, alhoewel...in China eten ze toch ook hond?! Anyway, we gaan dit jaar naar China!
Omdat we er al enkele malen geweest zijn en we niet graag dingen dubbel doen, gaan we op zoek naar een leuke route. De reisgidsen loodsen ons langs de grote toppers als de Verboden stad, de Muur,
het Terracotta leger, Tiger Leaping gorge, de kalksteenformaties en rijstvelden van Guilin, de traditionele dorpen als Lijiang, Pingyao, en Dunhuang (zijderoute), maar ja, die hebben we al gezien/gedaan.
Dan valt Marianne's oog op een reis-aanbod langs de Witte dorpen aan de oostkust en op nog meer dorpjes met karakteristieke bouwstijlen, nog uit de ouwe goeie Mao-tijd en ouder. Dat lijkt ons wel wat, wat meer platteland en zo.
We zoeken er toch maar een paar afwisselende reiselementen bij zoals een grote stad. En zowaar, Shanghai ligt in de buurt en is nog wel de derde grootste metropool ter wereld met ca 31 miljoen inwoners (wiki info)! Tis maar waar je de grens van de gemeente legt ! Nummer twee hebben we trouwens ook al gedaan, Tokyo met afgerond 40 miljoen!! Enig idee wie nummer een is? Jakarta, Delhi, Seoul? Nee, ook een metropool in China, namelijk Guangzhou oftewel het vroegere Kanton en omstreken, een slordige 47.7 miljoen inwoners!! Ik kan me er echt he-le-maal niets bij voorstellen ;-)), zoveeeeel mensen! Wat gaan we nog meer doen, gaan we terug naar de kust?
Jaaa, want we hebben nog nooit echt een chinese kustplaats gedaan. Ons oog valt op Xiamen. een dorpke van 2 miljoen inwoners, tegenover Taiwan gelegen. Een havenstad waar de Portugezen, Britten, Fransen en Nederlanders in de 16-17-18e eeuw een voet aan de grond probeerden te zetten. De Britten forceerden daar uiteindelijk de toegang en de Opiumoorlog was een feit. Wat, zijn hier ook leuke dorpjes in de buurt? Gaan we ook doen, vooral als ze een leuke naam hebben ;-)), zoals Yongding! Nog een snufje natuur zouden we wel willen. Het top-natuurpark (Jiuzhaigou) ligt echter wel een eindje verder, in Tibetaanse invloedssferen, een uurtje of 3-4 vliegen verder naar het westen. En he, daar heb je ook het reuzenpanda fokcentrum liggen. Misschien kunnen we bij terugkomst de Drenthenaren al wat tips geven, er komen namelijk twee van die beren (geeeen panda's!) naar Nederland. Er schijnt trouwens iets te bestaan als panda-porno, uhhh, dat wil ik zien ;-)). Nou, dat moeten genoeg ingredienten zijn voor een drieweekse trip toch?! Goed, nou nog aan een visum zien te komen. We hebben wel eens makkelijker visum bekomen, daarover later meer. Nu een paar dagen vrij om te pakken en zo, het huis en tuin goed achter te laten en de oppas voor de poezen te regelen.
Ohja, in China zijn niet alle websites zomaar te gebruiken, Facebook en Gmail kunnen geblokkeerd zijn/geraken. Mocht je willen mailen, doe dat dan naar (ook) frans.v.eijkATkpnplanet.nl. [description] => Voorbereiding reis naar China
Na een 'paar' avonden zoek- en denkwerk waren we er uit. Het werd dit jaar of de west-kust van de USA, of de grote buurman aan de overkant, de oostkust van China. D
e doorslag gaf het Chinese eten, daar kan geen (ham) burger tegenop! In China zijn 8 verschillende keukens, de USA kent misschien wel meer verschillende hamburgers maar dat kunnen nauwelijks verrassingen zijn, toch? In China zijn WEL heel aparte verrassingen mogelijk bij het eten zeggen ze. Nou ja, in beide landen vindt je geen hond in de pot, alhoewel...in China eten ze toch ook hond?! Anyway, we gaan dit jaar naar China!
Omdat we er al enkele malen geweest zijn en we niet graag dingen dubbel doen, gaan we op zoek naar een leuke route. De reisgidsen loodsen ons langs de grote toppers als de Verboden stad, de Muur,
het Terracotta leger, Tiger Leaping gorge, de kalksteenformaties en rijstvelden van Guilin, de traditionele dorpen als Lijiang, Pingyao, en Dunhuang (zijderoute), maar ja, die hebben we al gezien/gedaan.
Dan valt Marianne's oog op een reis-aanbod langs de Witte dorpen aan de oostkust en op nog meer dorpjes met karakteristieke bouwstijlen, nog uit de ouwe goeie Mao-tijd en ouder. Dat lijkt ons wel wat, wat meer platteland en zo.
We zoeken er toch maar een paar afwisselende reiselementen bij zoals een grote stad. En zowaar, Shanghai ligt in de buurt en is nog wel de derde grootste metropool ter wereld met ca 31 miljoen inwoners (wiki info)! Tis maar waar je de grens van de gemeente legt ! Nummer twee hebben we trouwens ook al gedaan, Tokyo met afgerond 40 miljoen!! Enig idee wie nummer een is? Jakarta, Delhi, Seoul? Nee, ook een metropool in China, namelijk Guangzhou oftewel het vroegere Kanton en omstreken, een slordige 47.7 miljoen inwoners!! Ik kan me er echt he-le-maal niets bij voorstellen ;-)), zoveeeeel mensen! Wat gaan we nog meer doen, gaan we terug naar de kust?
Jaaa, want we hebben nog nooit echt een chinese kustplaats gedaan. Ons oog valt op Xiamen. een dorpke van 2 miljoen inwoners, tegenover Taiwan gelegen. Een havenstad waar de Portugezen, Britten, Fransen en Nederlanders in de 16-17-18e eeuw een voet aan de grond probeerden te zetten. De Britten forceerden daar uiteindelijk de toegang en de Opiumoorlog was een feit. Wat, zijn hier ook leuke dorpjes in de buurt? Gaan we ook doen, vooral als ze een leuke naam hebben ;-)), zoals Yongding! Nog een snufje natuur zouden we wel willen. Het top-natuurpark (Jiuzhaigou) ligt echter wel een eindje verder, in Tibetaanse invloedssferen, een uurtje of 3-4 vliegen verder naar het westen. En he, daar heb je ook het reuzenpanda fokcentrum liggen. Misschien kunnen we bij terugkomst de Drenthenaren al wat tips geven, er komen namelijk twee van die beren (geeeen panda's!) naar Nederland. Er schijnt trouwens iets te bestaan als panda-porno, uhhh, dat wil ik zien ;-)). Nou, dat moeten genoeg ingredienten zijn voor een drieweekse trip toch?! Goed, nou nog aan een visum zien te komen. We hebben wel eens makkelijker visum bekomen, daarover later meer. Nu een paar dagen vrij om te pakken en zo, het huis en tuin goed achter te laten en de oppas voor de poezen te regelen.
Ohja, in China zijn niet alle websites zomaar te gebruiken, Facebook en Gmail kunnen geblokkeerd zijn/geraken. Mocht je willen mailen, doe dat dan naar (ook) frans.v.eijkATkpnplanet.nl.
